I wanted to let you know how much fun we had listening to this new band last Wednesday. Myself and a several other associates went to the show and we were impressed by your sound. I’m a fan of the old Salsa music from the 70s and 80s myself so I enjoyed your playing a lot.
It’s a pity that you came on short notice and didn’t play on Tuesday’s Latino music night when there are more Latino people around. I’ve been there on Tuesday too and it seemed to me that it is always the same band. Not that there’s anything wrong with that, they sound good too, but I think a little variety would be great to keep things fresh. And that is exactly what listening to you on Wednesday felt like, fresh.

Pedro, I checked out your website and it looks great! The live video was very well done and the band sounds amazing. I just got the CD yesterday and I have not had a chance to listen. If you do not mind, I will make a copy and give the original to my mom to play on the radio in Wisconsin. Thanks!
The station is in Hayward, Wisconsin and it is called WOJB. i believe they have a potential listenership of about 10,000 people. They are found on the dial 88.9 or on the web t wojb.org. My mom's show is on Fridays from 10-noon and it is called Patchwork. She's be glad to interview you sometime if you'd like, I think it would be great to share your knowledge of Latin music with listeners in her area. By the way, the show does stream over the internet if you want to listen and it is a communtity supported radio station, much like KFAI here in Minneapolis.

Hola Pedro
Quiero darle las gracias a todos los integrantes de Tropical Zone porque todos los empleados de Chipotle y todos los managers estuvieron muy contentos con la orquesta y le dio vida a la fiesta todo el mundo estuvo contento este año con el party.
A pesar de que la mayoria eran mexicanos les encanto la orquesta y como muchos no saben bailar prefirieron escuchar el concierto eso fue lo que me dijeron algunos. Otros si bailaron como mis supervisores que ganaron la competencia de baile.
El año pasado ni 80 personas fueron este año fueron alrededor de 250 personas y todos estan comentando sobre la fiesta que estuvo buenisima.

Thank your band for the wonderful time last night, Bozena, Ania and I enjoyed ourselves immensely. I mentioned to Michael (the dance instructor) that I noticed people were dancing very well and sweetly and he said it was their response to your playing. I think he is spot on! Timba piano is alright once in a while but your keyboard artist has that traditional touch that really helps dancers lock down a steady, smooth foot pattern. And your 'son'was magnifico. And then you did that little arrangement of Tanga… you guys are something else. Grupo Niche should feel proud that you opened for them! All the best to everyone.
